Knowing that you are doing something wrong or you are on wrong path is not just enough to bring change .But you need to practice the art of detached observation.
For ex.Any drug/alcohol addicted person is well aware that day by day he is moving away from life and closer to death but he finds himself incapable of leaving it.For that he need nourishment, counseling, treatment and happiness.
Practice of mediation can help you to convert that knowledge into wisdom.
I'm writing all this by my personal experience that when you sit with yourself for some and oberseve closely how you doing you life and what is required.You will be amazed.
Its like when you wanna understand somebody,you have to listen to him.In the same manner if you wanna understand yourself,then you need to sit with yourself calmly and listen to the silence.
Once you know what is lacking inside you and then you can fill yourself with the power of love,bliss,joy and happiness.
In last I just wanna say one thing that happiness is a state of mind and it can be achieved irrespective of anything ....Anything
